At least two media sites are following Apple’s no-Flash policy when it comes to the iPad. The Wall Street Journal and National Public Radio have produced versions of their Web sites with front pages that do not require Adobe’s Flash, reports say.

Magazine publishers may have a new way to boost flagging circulation: the iPad.

The Audit Bureau of Circulations said Tuesday that it has changed its definition of a digital magazine to accommodate the new class of tablet-style devices.

Who will get their Pac on (or around) April 3? New iPad owners, that’s who. Namco Networks’ General Manager of Apple Games, Jon Kromrey, confirmed that the original videogame star is heading to the iPad very soon and will take full advantage of the extra screen size to host a full maze; no more scrolling around and seeing only part of the labyrinth. While there are no screens to share at this time, there is this little extra tidbit: with a very content smile, Kromrey also said some of Pac’s family might be along for the iPad ride.

If you choose a iPad 3G, you can select and purchase your plan on a month to month basis right on the iPad. Choose the 256MB plan and you’ll get messages alerting you when you have 20%, 10%, and 0 data left so you can turn 3G off, add another 256MB for an extra $14.99, or upgrade to an unlimited plan right from the device.

Things are getting a little bit ridiculous on eBay. There are around 500 iPads currently on eBay all carrying a premium price, and one of the seller’s has completely lost his mind asking $21M for his tablet, and he doesn’t even offer free shipping.

An unofficial count of the pre-ordered iPads sold on its 1st day that orders taken is nearly 120,000 units, based on the order numbers given out to customers.

The iPad that was recently demoed was running iPhone OS 3.2 Beta. This OS is only available for iPad’s at this time, but you can count on Apple to release it for iPhones & iTouch’s.  The ability to multitask, twitter using qTweeter, Tethering and, also since their is a 3G iPad model already it wont be hard for Cydia developers to develop phone calling / SMS capabilities over-the-air to the iPad. Hopefully we can count on George Hotz and the iPhone Dev-Team to jailbreak (iPhone and iPod touch on OS 3.1.2 using blackra1n, PwnageTool, redsn0w, and sn0wbreeze) the iPad.
